Why work with us
- English-speaking representative. Our managing director, Koichi Hiiro, is a professional who provided interpreting support for the New Zealand sailing team at the Tokyo Olympics, and is fluent in English.
- About 20 years of experience in real estate around Yokohama and Tokyo — brokerage, land acquisition for new homes, design, construction and sales.
- Experience with overseas clients. We have handled transactions for Japanese expatriates and local residents in Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Malaysia, South Korea, China, Hong Kong and Taiwan who own property in Japan.
- Difficult properties welcome. Sloped land, retaining walls, developed land and houses that cannot be rebuilt under current rules.
- No pressure. We usually work under a non-exclusive (general) brokerage agreement, and a second opinion is always welcome.
Where we work
Main area: Okaya, Shimosuwa, Suwa and Chino (Lake Suwa area, Nagano). We also cover Shiojiri, Matsumoto, Azumino, Fujimi and Hara in Nagano; all of Tokyo, Kanagawa, Chiba and Saitama; Sapporo, Kitahiroshima and Chitose in Hokkaido; Hagi in Yamaguchi; and Shodoshima (Tonosho and Shodoshima towns) in Kagawa.
Lake Suwa is about two hours from Shinjuku, Tokyo, by the Azusa limited express train, and is known for hot springs, Suwa Taisha shrine and the Yatsugatake and Tateshina highlands.
