Our representative
Koichi Hiiro has about 20 years of experience in real estate around Yokohama and Tokyo, covering brokerage, land acquisition for new homes, design, construction and sales. He is especially experienced with sloped land, retaining walls and developed land.
He is a professional who provided interpreting support for the New Zealand sailing team at the Tokyo Olympics, and is fluent in English. Our international work began in 2018, when we hosted the New Zealand sailing team at our accommodation in Enoshima during the World Cup periods of 2018 and 2019, supporting them on the road to the Tokyo Olympics. In 2019 we opened a Japanese language school in the Sagaing Region of Myanmar.
